It's an interesting, short read. Absolutely. However, I'm pretty conflicted on how to rate the story. Pepper the dog is the most likeable and reasonable character in the book. The point of view narrator is obnoxious at times. I don't care how frugal a character is, if this kind of crazy stuff happen...
