The internal monologes of both characters became repetative and distracting (maybe to add filler to the lack of plot/)I wish the author had stayed with the orginal tone of the bookhumorous, witty, exsasperating (like some of Tessa Dare's books). I'm not as big of a fan of the modern trend of washed out characters thing, but it was worth it to see one of my favorite childhood books come alive. Faithful to the novels, the characters look like how I imagined them, and I will probably end up buying the whole series....
